Aerial Hoop, Acro and Dance Summer Camp 2024

Dates 30th July 2024 up to and including 2nd Aug 2024 ( 4 days)

Times: 10am till 3pm daily.

By purchasing your taking part fee, you agree that your child is in good health and fit to perform. No refunds will be given under any circumstance unless Kidz Got Talent have to cancel the summer camp.

BY TAKING PART in our summer camp you agree to our waiver terms and conditions.

WAIVER

I am aware that participating in dance, gymnastic activities , silks and aerial hoop and acrobatic dance involves inherent risks and hazards. I freely accept and fully assume all such risks,

dangers, and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from such risks and hazards.

I voluntarily agree to release the Kidz Got talent, Kidz Got talent employees/ volunteers/contractors from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I or my next of kin, successors or dependents may suffer or incur as a result of participation with this event .

if I cannot be contacted, I authorise Kidz got talent to provide first aid from a qualified first aider and seek medical services in case of serious injury or illness.

I understand that Kidz Got talent, Kidz Got Talent employees and/or contractors will not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen property, or for any bodily or personal injury consisting of or arising out of any participation in any physical PERFORMANCE or athletic activity.

Photography and video filming of the show will be for parents and family to purchase . by booking , you consent to the filming of your child in the show.

Photo's or video will only be shared on Kidz Got Talent social media ONLY if you have given prior consent to this on our classes booking system. No names or identity is never shared.
