All Saturday dance, singing and acting classes take place at The Lady Eleanor Holles School, Hanworth Road, Hampton TW12 3HF
We have week day dance classes in Hampton, Molesey and Esher. Venues: Cranmere school in Esher and St Lawrences school in Molesey.
LAMDA Musical Theatre & Drama
The triple threat class, where children and teenagers learn singing, movement and drama to bring the experience of London’s West End right into class. We also work on theatre shows so everyone has the chance to perform on a real stage with a real audience! LAMDA exams are every year and although we recommend taking them, this is not compulsory.
Street Dance
An energetic, commercial style of dance that was brought more to the mainstream forefront by dance troupe ‘Diversity’ on Britain’s Got Talent. Students learn strong sharp choreography and tricks. This is a really fun class and we are hoping to find a street dance Elite troupe to eventually enter into competitions.
Acrobatic Arts Dance
Our Acro classes are taught by Acrobatic Arts certified coaches and we follow the certified curriculum and we teach with safety as our highest priority
Acro is becoming more mainstream. as we see acro tricks in almost every style of commercial dance . We advise all our acro students to take a minimum of one other dance discipline alongside this class, so we just concentrate on strength and conditioning work and acro tricks in class but students need to learn dance for when we choreograph all the acro skills into a routine for shows.
All students have the option to take exams every year but it is not compulsory. We hope to put an Elite Acro team together for competitions.
Ballet
We follow the RAD ballet syllabus .
Ballet is a wonderful discipline that really helps develop a strong foundation in dance that also teaches discipline and skills that children carry to adulthood.
Tap Dance
This is such a popular fun class that is energetic and dynamic.
We follow the ISTD syllabus that allows students to enter into yearly examinations.
Jazz
A modern form of dance that starts at age 5-6yrs upwards.Students learn some of the fundamental dance techniques in thee classes. Leaps, turns and loads of fun.
Our Studios
Our Main studios are at the beautiful Lady Eleanor Holles School on Hanworth Road in Hampton TW12 3HF. We have use of the amazing state of the art facilities, which inspire us all to be the best we can be. We have a full Saturday dance & performing arts program along with weekday evenings but We also offer other weekday classes in and around Molesey and Esher too for those unable to make it to our Hampton venue.
We also take our teaching into mainstream and special needs schools to teach dance within the school curriculum and as after school dance clubs.
We are currently with Manor Mead school in Shepperton. Cranmere primary school in Esher and St Lawrence’s Junior school in East Molesey.
Contemporary Dance
Contemporary dance offers the dancer to be self expressive by combining all elements of other dance genres together to produce a style of dance that is fluid in it’s movement and we encourage students to connect their mind to the movement in their expression of it.
These classes are held in our Hampton studio on Saturdays.
